      Are pullups worth ANYTHING for muscle growth?

      Hell yes pullups grow muscles. One of the best exercises to have in your arsenal IMHO. Obviously, if you're doing 30 at body weight (which I don't believe this guy actually did), you need to add weight....or eat something for goodness sake.
