basically my legs are already big enough (22 inches) relative to my upperbody and I'm looking to get a more balanced physique.

Was thinking about doing starting strength but people who've done that end up with huge quads. I still wanna be able to fit into my skinny jeans.

Whats a good workout that focuses on upper body primarily?

      I stopped reading there.

Although I dont recommend it, you could just do push pull legs, and not do the legs part.
But again, legs are awesome. Plus, you could just get bigger skinny jeans...

You idiot, balanced physiques always have huge legs. I bet you're used to seeing those Jersey shore phaggot models who have chicken legs, and think that's balanced. A guy with a huge upper body and stick legs looks stupider than a guy who doesn't even lift.

22 inch legs are small as sh it my friend. My legs are 24.5inches and i am only 5'9. I consider them one of my weakness body part, becuase i have only been training them for 1 year as compared to training my upper body for 2 years. Rookie mistake i know.

      I can't stress this enough:

No matter, how badly it hurts to do your legs, you must do them. Don't stop doing a bodypart because its bigger than another body part, this is the dumbest thing i hear around the forums, simply just hit your weak body parts more and have them catch up with your legs.

Don't stop doing your strong bodypart, because your other bodyparts are lagging

did any of you read that I said they are big RELATIVE to my upperbody. My chest is like 36 inches and my arms are 10 inches so its disproportionate.

22 inches is phuking small as phuk

there is no established training program without legs because IT'S F*CKING RETARDED

relative or not - they are small, don't make a fool out of yourself.
