      How bad is alcohol for a person who works out?

      I drink a couple beers everyday and I'm great.

      You will get mixed answers. I say it's not so bad if you are well fed, not on a cutting diet and didn't hit the gym that day.

      Went through my entire first year of college without drinking a sip of alcohol. Not one regret.

      But OP, you don't have to go THAT drastic. Just use moderation.

      I'm currently cutting and I will be graduating next week so I'll be doing a lot of partying. I'm wondering how much can this affect me by drinking.

      Alcohol contains a massive amount of calories so you might gain some weight.
