Here i am, my first cycle and first journal. I have been training for 1 year give or take but only in the past 9 months have i taken it very seriously and learned how to eat and train correctly. My aim is to bulk, i am a life long bulker but have only started seeing results in the last 9 months. I began training using a Push Pull Legs routine and made some strength gains, may seem minimal to many on here but to me it was immense as i was the newbie struggling to bench 30kg. I learned more about bodybuilding and the benefits of compound lifts and started to develop my own routine which i have been using for the past few months and will continue to do so. If i happen to hit a plateau during my journal/cycle i will switch my routine back to the Push Pull Legs routine to hopefully break past it.
