      This will be my first 'real' contest. I've competed before in several online transformation type contests and had a blast!! I took first place, 3rd, 5th, and then second. Won lots of cool supplements!!

      I have been really, really fat (like in the 190s on a 5'3 frame) and then lean-ish (down to 133 in 2007) ... but no where near stage ready. Currently, I'm sitting pretty somewhere in the middle. My best guess is I have at least 25-30lbs to drop in order to look like I belong up there.
