8 month bulk progress- sucess or fail? you only need muscle milk if your not getting enough protein throughout the day from other sources. at my college I have unlimited access to skinless baked chicken breast, so I get 200+g of protein per day so I dont need muscle milk. But back at home I didnt have unlimited chicken, so I would often take protein shakes. if thats you then muscle milk is fine. i personally like cheaper protein products, but if uve got the cash go for it
