anything more than a 500 calorie deficit is just going to sacrifice muscle tissue and do more harm than good. you can make some noticeable improvements in 3 weeks. you could try doing low carb or something

I thought the limit was 1000 calories ? I heard on cuts 1-2 pounds per week would be good. But then Ive been on a plateau for a long time should I calorie cycle? One day 500 deficit oter day 700. Apparently that helps wth your metabolism or something. I'm not exactly sure

1k deficit bro reporting in. no muscle tissue sacrificed. can easily type in "1k calorie deficit" using the search function and find 200 threads talking of people doing them and having success.
Anything outside of 2lbs a week is unsafe for someone who isn't obese. Anything more than a 500 deficit for a lean individual is not a wise choice either.

So I can cut with 500-1000 calories deficit? And what is your opinion on cheatmeals during a cut? How often should I be having them?
