      yeah prolly but it wasnt like I was hardcore lifting every other day taking creatine and all that jazz. I just lifted pretty regularly for football and weight training during school. I only started taking whey protein about a half a year ago. My upper body has gotten a lot stronger too. I went from about a 115 bench to a 200 bench aswell
