Hey, so I'm trying to gain fat so I can start working out but the thing is.. Anything I do just doesn't work. Before I go to the gym I need to gain atleast 30 pounds so my dad can start training me(used to bodybuild) I'm trying to eat rice and some high calories foods while also eating some type of meat every 2 weeks(pretty expensive) but still no gains. Sadly I walk 5 miles a day because my ankle muscles are weak which is what is encourageing me to work out, I could walk less if it means I gain more fat but right now I just need a diet to prepare me for when I do start working out which I hope is sometime next month or sooner if I can. My goal is to be atleast 150 by december 1st with some type of muscle/body mass gain. Oh by the way, I'm an Ectomorph(or just REALLY ******* SKINNY) and so is my mom.
