      Is 14 inch biceps good for a 16 year old male? I'm 5'8. And what are some exercises that will help my arms get bigger?

      Same here as feelthefearm im 19 mine are 13.75 inches flexed.

      14 inch biceps for 16 year old?

      Don't be one of the kids who trains nothing but arms and chest. 14s not bad, any bicep movement with progressive overload will make them grow. Along with proper diet

      ****ing tiny arm genetics, man. Not even sure what mine are but I know they're sub 14. Then again with sub 6 inch wrists 15's would look huge

      14 inch biceps for 16 year old?

      Sub 6 inch wrists. Are you kidding me right now

      Mine are 6.8 inches and they will probably reach 7.5 when i'm finished growing
