In order to follow through with any fitness program I think you have to do it for yourself rather than any other person. This may be to make you feel better about yourself or you may have particular health issues or concerns going forward. At the end of the day, the only person you can depend on is you!
My own situation is probably the same as many other people, I am getting a little older and want to ensure that I at least keep some level of fitness going forward.
