      Hiya guys and girls!

I'm wondering, do you guys have a rapid gut fat burning routine that I can go hard on all this week to burn off a 4-day binge off all sorts of foods including BBQ ribs, sundaes, KFC, pints of Pepsi and more?

      Any help much appreciated!

I would suggest to increase your protein and don't forget to cut the carbs as well.
This is extremely important. I would also suggest to engage in workouts that get your heart beating rapidly and make sure that they are intense.
There are also the typical don't forget to drink water suggestions but what I wrote above is the most important part!
      Good luck!

Not really, no amount of exercise will burn off all the fat gained from the foods you mentioned. I would go on a 48-hour fast, that will help you burn fat and it will also help detoxify your body.

Can you be more specific about the fast?
I have honestly tried to and I felt like I was on the road to getting dizzy and faint unfortunately. Others than drinking water do you consume anything else during your fasts or?

      I appreciate any suggestions!

You shouldn't do it if you feel dizzy or faint, it shows you are not adapted to burning fat. You could try a shorter fast by skipping breakfast and extending the overnight fast during sleep.

You shouldn't eat anything during a fast but you can drink coffee without sugar.
