I've been told i have good ab genetics because i still have a full six pack even at relatively high bf. i've been bulking for months and i highly doubt that i'm still around 10% bf

give me an estimation? do i actually have good ab genetics or just good fat storage/dispersion

by the way bro how many calories you eat a day? i've been eating around 3800-4000 a day to gain 2lbs a week. don't wanna aim for 1lbs a week because that would only be 1.8kg a month and i'm too lazy to wait that long...hopefully i don't get fat either while i'm lifting heavy and not eating too many fatty foods..haha
