Im currently 16 and i am about 6ft2 inches tall and weigh at 195lb. I currently do not want to bulk as i don't want to gain no more weight, i also do not want to cut yet. I worked out for a month now and have enjoyed lifting heavy weights more then light, but i want an increase in muscle mass and also want to loose fat in the process. So what if i were to lift heavy but eat a low cal diet with loads of protein and only 1 carb meal which is before workout? What would i gain and loose doing this? Please help me, need the best advice possible. I am dedicated and want a decent body!

it all comes down to calories in vs calories out. If you take in more then youll gain weight. If taking in less youll lose weight. So by doing what you plan on doing youll essentially be cutting. To build muscle you need to take in more calories than burned. Your new to the gym so youll gain muscle and lose fat for a short period of time but after that youll have to decide whether you want to cut or bulk. But honestly your 16. Dont stress over this stuff, your still young. Just have fun and be smart about food choices.

yes because the key word is low calories. Doesnt matter how you lift, if you eat under maintenance then you will be cutting.

well then cut first.. but you need to eat in a calorie surplus and gain fat if you want to gain muscle. You can minimize it but some fat gain is inevitable.

what do you usually do bulk then cut or cut then bulk? at first i had the idea of bulking then cutting but now i just wanna get rid of the fat, so shall i cut then bulk? I wanna keep doing heavy weights though as i won't loose strength and also i enjoy doing heavy then light

Make up your mind damnit. If you want to lose bodyfat, then you have to go on a calorie deficit and yes, you will most likely lose strength, theres nothing you can do about that.
