Ok.

This seems fishy.

A cop or cops try to talk to this guy who is on the street and smoking weed. When they go to grab him he reached for and/or pulled out a knife, the cop/s obviously pulled out their guns.

Yet in every video I just watched he is unarmed as he is walking briskly down the street with what looks like 4-10 cops following him with weapons drawn and pointed at him.

I STILL have yet to see a video of the shooting, but the police are saying that they pepper sprayed him 6 times to no avail, warned him numerous times to drop the knife (that I never saw him holding) and then only two officers shot him in the torso.......12 freaking times.

Anyone else have any theories?

Normal protocol? In NYC? There is no f'cking protocol, cops are trigger happy and would kill you in a f'cking heartbeat.

1 dude with a knife and it takes 100 cops to chase him down and take care of the issue? Don't they have tasers for dealing with this type of $hit?

And the cops had apparently no control of the situation until after the shooting, then they were able to clear the streets of people pretty damn quickly. BTW, did you notice how the cab drivers were just driving around and thru the cop cars as if it's an everyday deal?

12 shots is excessive, even if the shooting was justifiable, which already seems weird as they allowed him to travel 7 whole f*cking blocks before FINALLY stopping him by shooting and killing him?
