      Need creatine help!

      Whenever you're lifting you need ATP to do your reps. Whenever you can't do anymore reps that's because your ATP(Adenosine triphosphate.) has turned into ADP (Adenosine diphosphate.) This is where Creatine comes in, it gives you more ATP to do a few extra reps. When you rest what you're doing is replenishing your ATP. That's Creatine's purpose, it gives you extra ATP to do a few extra reps on your lifts, which is a pretty good difference over a long period of time. So even though Creatine retains water in your muscles, that's not it's purpose.
