      Meth, coke, heroin, alcohol, extacy, PCP? Ect

      I know with meth and coke you cant sleep for jack also loss of appitite

      But do they physically break down muscles??

      I don't do any drugs just natural legal perscribed medical marijuana
      Which helps me bulk, recover, sleep

      I have good gains to(not glorifing it)

      But u hear so many professional bb take coke to cut ect? Is it true?? Personally me I say FUKKK drugs, that includes alcohol

      Killing gains would be the lesser of the problems. Drugs kill YOU along with the goddamn gains.

      Lot of factors. Hollohan (AKA GOD) battle rapper, from KOTD, is known for doing cocaine, heroin, and steroids.
      In reality... this is a dumb topic, but.

      Yes, drugs will kill your gains, because they will kill your motivation. You will very very rarely, find someone who does heroin and is 220 with a 6% bf lmao.

      Alcohol delays protein synthesis
      I heard meth eats away at you muscles first and then the fat, breaks down proteins and ishh

      Yea I know drugs are bad for you they kill period,,, but why do professional bb do them when cutting? Along side the roids

      Shieeeet if I took roids I would be 10000 bigger than this fool haha I guess the coke and heroin are killing the steroid effect
