      New routine.

      I did it for a month (srs) and I'm still doing heavy compound movements on strength day.

      I'll do it again next year, and I already did the mistake of dirty bulking.

      I'll concentrate on getting on bet done and over with. Very important to me brah.

      why would you want to deadlift on monday then sldl on wed??? wouldnt that be too much deadlift? what is your goal anyway?

      No, it wouldn't deadlifting 2x a week is okay.

      Lifts would be sht and can't go all out on hypertrophy.

      Why not just do a pre-designed routine though. Or do as martyn suggest and do BL's SS and eat

      then do babylovers SS, and have a calorie deficit.

      youll have low bodyfat and also be skinny and weak.

      No routine I've come by includes strength and hypertrophy.

      And I srs need to be as aesthetic as I can by the end of this year without my lifts going to sht.

      You don't understand me. I need to win this bet by all means.

      dude, you know nothing about strength or hypertrophy, so stop talking about it and just listen.

      You think you wont gain muscle by lifting 100lbs on your bench?

      You think you wont gain strength by progressively overloading 3x12?

      Just do babylovers SS, eat more. Youll look way better with some more muscle and strength.

      What if I do BLSS with direct trap and bicep work.

      I hate how I did inb4 on the opening post and people can still convince me to go to a strength routine.
