      Diet is good, get a decent amount of protein each day with minimum carbs

      Arms ain't looking that great yet bud, I won't sugar coat a things. But hey, keep trying hard bro, change up your diet or training an find out what works for you!

      You are doing something wrong man, when I saw your pic I laughed for 10 minutes straight, make a video showing us how you complete your forms, or make sure you reassure yourself of what you are eating that is healthy because something is wrong.

      okay, do you know roughly what body fat % you are? if your trying to build mass(get big) then find your maintenance calories and add about 500 to it. that should have you gaining a pound a week. your routine sounds okay but if your not growing then eat a lot more and change it up

      Probably about 20-25%, been doing cardio on my lifting days but really struggling to get any lower

      okay, since your a higher bf% id cut down some first. find your maintenance calories and subtract 500 instead. youll lose about a popund a week. keep lifting hard and keep your protein intake high. once you shed some fat then you can pack on some mass
