      Was wondering if a product like muscletech hydroxycut would be going a little to far? Im 19, 6 ft tall, 181.6 lbs and roughly 15-16% bf. Im seeing a gain in strength and size but my abs wont do anything i know they start to show arond 12% but i cant seem to get the little fawkers to play fair.

      Don't waste your money. Eat in a caloric deficit. If you want to lower you BF%, you have to sacrifice any more gains because you won't be able to put on muscle. Figure put your maintenance, and then eat lower than that.

      no legal supplement is going to do anything except ephadrine which hardly does anything itself

      FeelTheFear, Its funny you mentioned legal spplements, ive had a guy for about a month since i started working out regular trying to get me on d-bol and andrestindione, Just cant see the benefit in the gains when your going to hurt your system like that ya know?

      I know. He probably thinks it is a clever idea to make OP too muscular to fit his clothes. Then he'll have to buy new clothes! That will be a waste of money.

      Yea i aint looking to be dorian yates big or nothing. Just wanna look better, feel better, be bigger and live healthier. prolly gonna follow dorian yates 6 week blood an guts workout
