More of a drink than a meal isn't it?

I usually go with a 16oz protein shake mixed with a little creatine. The creatine seems to help me feel a little less sore the next day and the protein (I buy whatever's on sale whether it'd be pure whey or a mix) being at least 40g holds me over till the next meal as I get very very hungry after workouts. But yeah, don't over complicate it, just consume some sort of protein and HYDRATE!

Dennys - Tbone steak with a side of mashed potato and carrot and brocollei. And a big glass of coke with some creatine. Don't do it everyday because of $, but man its nice.
