OK, Im 35 and 6'1'' and 165. I work-out for 45 min's 2 times a day 6 days a week. My nutritionist said I should be eating about 3000 cal's a day of pretty much anything I want (within reason) but damn, I pigged out today and everyday and I luck to hit 2500. Some days I can find the time to cook all day and hit 1500. I just ordered some Cyro mass gainer from this website. But I dont see me hitting the mark every day. Any suggestions that may help?

Chug some full cream. Eat nuts. Couple of spoonfuls of olive oil. Ice-cream.
There are loads of high calorie foods out there. Look and you'll find that it's no problem to put away 3000 calories in one plateful.

Liquid calories and more healthy fats like nuts, pb, nut butters, etc...

      Ice cream...

I wish I could eat that many calories...

What kind of work-outs are you doing twice a day?

And I assume you meant "CytoSport's Monster Mass" weight gainer. It has 630 cals per serving. Mix it with a couple cups of chocolate milk, instead of water, and you're looking at 1000 cals in a single shake.

I was about to ask the same thing!

Also OP,as Kimm said, liquid calories.Personally I use powdered milk and a popular energy powder...15 heaped spoons of milk and 6 of the other, over 600 cals per hit.

If you're trying to build, I would keep the main focus on weight lifting and back off on some of the cardio.
