So here's my workout plan for now:

      Monday: Shoulders/triceps
      1. Seated shoulder press (4 sets)
      2. Wide-grip upright row (4 sets)
      3. Lateral raises (4 sets)

      Tuesday: Back/biceps
      1. Assisted chin-up (4 sets)
      2. Lat pulldowns (4 sets)
      3. Seated rows (4 sets)
      4. Bicep curls (4 sets)

      Wednesday: Rest

      Thursday: Shoulders/triceps
      1. Seated shoulder press (4 sets)
      2. Wide-grip upright row (4 sets)
      3. Lateral raises (4 sets)

      Friday: Legs
      Leg press/squats (4 sets)
      Leg press (4 sets)
      Calf raises (4 sets)

      Saturday: Arms (biceps/triceps)
      Bicep curls (4 sets)
      Bicep curls variation (4 sets)
      Tricep pushdowns (4 sets)

      Sunday: Abs and Cardio
      General abs workout (10 minutes)
      Cardio (HIIT or steady)

I mainly want to build broader shoulders. I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct workout plan. I also want big arms too. So should I keep the arm day on Saturday? Or should I replace that with another back/bicep day?

Yeah I'll work on that too. But can I have an answer? Should I have an arm day? My arms are quite small.

No, you should be hitting each muscle 2-3 times a week. It would be best to switch to an upper/lower, fullbody, or push/pull/legs split.

Just work your triceps with chest, and work your biceps with back.

I see you only rest 1 or 2 days before you hit the same muscle, why don't you give yourself a longer rest period. That is what I have heard and practice.

do you want to look uneven?
Throw some good chest in there, it'll help your shoulders and fill them out more. Front delts.
      I do Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders, Legs.
I throw calves in there on different days and abs when it feels like it.
