      Im 16 and In HS . Finishing up sophmore year . Is 3 months of summer enough time to go from 202 lbs to 180 ( muscular physiche ) or should i just do football this summer ? Note - Also striving for a six pack im around 1500-2000 cals a day

      do you already workout and have muscle on you? if that 201 pounds of yours is you from bulking up then by all means cut to 8-10% bodyfat and be ripped!

      Should i play football or be a bodybuilder ?

      The thing about football is that it's a sport where you either love it or hate it. if you are crazy about it then I suggest you play football... if you are not that into it and plan on going into the football season with a "just get through the season" attitude then I suggest not doing it. Bodybuilding is awesome man, I am looking to do both Bodybuilding and football. Yes it will take extra work but I am dedicating my junior year to body building and going out for football senior year.

      Not from bulking up but i have alot of muscle . I bench 225 max 1 Rep and squat is like around the same area . I want to lose fat this summer . Not sure if i can lose enough to show six pack .

      Thank you ! Same idea here ! Everyone keeps pressuring me to play but i wanna dedicate this next year to get an amazing body then smash kids senior year !

      Well if you have never worked abs... you dont have a six pack under there anyways. But if you cut to 8-10% and you do have abs i bet you could do it in a few months.

      Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not a hobby. in my opinion, is a lot more demanding than high school football.

      if you've worked abs and are "naturally strong" as you say just do cardio 4-5 times a week and keep your diet intact and you'll be on the right track.

      what kind of cardio because HiiT cardioo burns muscle too . ?
