Change up the routine, do 8-12 reps (whatever rep you fail at, just make sure the weight is enough to where you're struggling the last few) and eat **** tons

Those are really the only three movement patterns you can do for triceps. If you aren't already, I'd suggest training them 2-3 times a week, focusing on progressive overload, and making sure you're eating in a surplus.

How much weight have you gained in the past week or 2?

Chances are its probaly your whole body not growing as whole, rather than just a specific bodypart like your triceps not growing.

When you are lifting weights are do you have progressive overload(which means are you constantly adding new stress to your muscles?)

      Ex:

      week 1 bench press: 100lbs x 5 reps
      week 2 bench press: 110lbs x 5 reps

It doesn't have to be weight gain either it could also be reps too.
      EX:

Week 1: 100lb bench press for 4 reps
week 2: 100lbs bench press for 6 reps

Tricep push downs, dips, skullcrushers. Are my favs for triceps. Make sure you focus on form more than weight.
