      Despite the name which states a "7" and an "11", they're usually open 24hrs.

      I know its about diet, but this losing fat thing aint working. im a very insulin sensitive endomorph. I cant lose fat unless i cut out all carbs

      Read all of it. I doubt what you're describing is accurate, unless you have diabetus, a tapeworm or a thryoid problem.

      Protein also increases insulin levels. The most logical answer is that maybe you should just stop eating.

      I will say whatever i want to anyone on this forum cause reps can suck my deeck. ( of course you can never deny a person's experience and most of the time why would you disagree with this?) Maybe if you wanted success you would stop shoving your mouth with mc doubles.
