Squatting at my max this morning 87.5kg, I weigh 73.5kg.

Am I doing it right. Also, how can I rotate my video!

I use the bench to judge how far I come down, when my nut sack hits the bench I go up again. I am classy.

Use youtube's video editor to rotate your video.
And learn how to embed videos if you want to increase responses.

edit: when you edit the video, cut out all the crap in the beginning/end of you setting up the camera and getting in place.
edit 2: Actually, just read this thread, tells everything you need: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=142333271

      halfsquats/10

Unless you about 6'5", using a bench as a depth marker will leave you squatting well over parallel.

The part you wanted to put into the youtube brackets was "Cw7MT8-0fiI". That is the chunk of code that comes after the = and before any modifiers (after the &).

If that was a max weight (i stopped watching after 3 reps), then yes, lower weight. These are examples of parallel squats:

Cheers brah. I think I'm going to get someone who works at the gym to spot me so I can get a feel coming down parallel (the gym is empty in the mornings when I'm there).
