      How much ABS workout ?

      You don't necessarily have to do a day just for abs. I doo babylovers SS and workout 3-4 days a week and out of that I do 2 days of abs after a workout . 3 routines 3 sets. Takes about 30mins

      How much ABS workout ?

      Thank you all for your replies, what i meant by demotivation is that if i want to think of it it would be hard to imagine, so i will just workout and forget about cutting hopefully over years i will see real improvements
