Best bet is to stay the hell away from stuff that can kill you slowly and quickly. Maybe you'd be able to "handle it" but why risk it. No one has gone down that path and come out the other side talking about how great it was.

I can tell you this,,, if you are already shooting coke,, knowing the dangers will have no effect on you,, the addiction is stronger than knowledge..... my best advice to you is to start smoking crack as soon as possible to speed your tailspin to a bottom.... until you know misery beyond comprehension you'll most likely never quit,,, hope you live long enough to recover,,,, good luck

It's called ischemia when a portion of the heart tissue does not get enough oxygen and begins to die. And the other poster is correct when he said when heart tissue dies, it it dead and is not able to regenerate.

If you want to drag it out longer, don't consume alcohol with the coke, as that makes the toxic effects much, much greater.
