      Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice specifically from the women (or coaches who train female clients) on this forum regarding home-based progressive calisthenics.
I’ve been lifting weights for a while, but due to a crazy busy schedule lately, I need to transition to a structured home routine. I don't want to do generic, low-intensity fitness videos; my goal is to build real functional strength, improve my posture, and work toward mastering bodyweight skills like clean push-ups, dips, and advanced core control.
I’m looking for a structured program or a dedicated app that helps with progressive scaling and daily accountability. I recently read an overview of the BetterMe calisthenics section and their 28-day challenge, which apparently features progressive difficulty and habit tracking.
Before I commit to any specific platform:
Have any of you tried the calisthenics programs on the BetterMe app? Is the scaling effective for someone who already has a decent fitness baseline, or is it too basic?
What are your go-to apps or structured roadmaps for female bodyweight training at home?
Would love to hear your honest feedback and what kept you consistent. Thanks!
