      Training after 40 does not necessarily mean training lightly, but recovery, exercise selection and fatigue management can become increasingly important.

      This infographic outlines five useful principles: training frequently enough to progress, prioritising fundamental movement patterns, continuing to increase the challenge gradually, managing fatigue and paying attention to persistent pain.
