I would be interested to hear about the best training equipment you have ever used. I am looking to deck out my garage as a home gym. There isnt loads of space so I need to be a bit selective.

Get some things that aren't too big and don't take up a lot of space. For example, you can opt for air bikes, a treadmill, or something for the hands.

Are there any particular brands you favour? I had an exercise bike in my home office in the garden a few years ago and it was perfect. Work and then exercise but I need to replace it. Not sure where to look.

      Hi,
Bit of a silly one really

I'm a tall lad - over 6 foot, however my posture is awful, I stoop over my desk and I hardly ever stand up straight, my shoulders drop quite badly,

A lot of this is due to muscle tone and long term damage, my dr recommended I try some device/brace under my shirt, to pull my shoulders back - however he didn't recommend anything.

I'm willing to try a cheapish one if need be - from somewhere such as amazon (I have prime)

however if something works, I don't mind spending

any advice? (it would also make me look slimmer - which is nice!)
