If huge pecks are a priority for you right now, the following exercises will help you get there faster.

      1. Dumbbell squeeze press

If you’re looking to maximize your chest muscle gain, the dumbbell squeeze press is as effective as they come.

      2. Incline barbell bench press

For some pecs-popping workout ideas, the incline barbell bench press is a splendid addition to your list.

      3. Declined press-ups

For a more defined and well-rounded chest, decline press-ups will do your pectorals justice.

      4. Cable fly

Add a different dimension to your chest workouts with the cable fly, which ensures constant repetition tension.

      5. Chest dips

To burn chest fat and build more muscles, chest dips are an excellent way to get you there.

For chest workout ideas that’ll get you massive pecs, let our Personal Trainer San Diego provide more insight on the way forward.

Are you looking for exercises for a bigger chest? You're in luck! There are a few exercises that are great for targeting your chest muscles and helping you to build a strong, muscular chest.

One of the best exercises for your chest is the bench press. This exercise works your entire chest, including your pecs, shoulders, and triceps. Start by lying on a flat bench with a weight in each hand. Slowly lower the weights down to your chest, and then press them back up to the starting position.

Another great exercise for targeting your chest muscles is the dumbbell flye. This exercise is similar to the bench press, but instead of pressing the weights straight up, you'll be flying them out to the sides. This helps to work your pec muscles more effectively.

Best exercises for targeting your chest muscles are the bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, push-ups, and cable flyes.

Each of these exercises works the chest muscles in a slightly different way, so it’s important to include all of them in your workout routine if you want to see maximum results.

      Thats good @Chloefree

There is still a lot to do to finish it off but did you find it easy to use, what did you think of the concept?

Not all muscle have exercises added yet so some of your choices may have returned blank lists.
