What are some of the best youtube instructional videos that you have ever watched?
Was there ever that one video that just motivated you while you were watching it?

I personally get really inspired by Jillian Micheals.
Just hearing her once and hearing her speak makes me want to get off the computer and just do some crunches(haha), which is why I am always looking for new people who will inspire me in the same way,

For motivation I look at cl fletcher youtube channel, he just recently started making motivational youtube vids and he is seriously the best at it. I look at hodgetwins too for advice about specific topics since they have a pretty big library of videos.

I'm not a huge Will Smith fan, but listening to this every few months kind of gets my mind right. Defiantly worth 10 minutes regardless on how you feel about him.

I am also not his biggest fan but I truly enjoyed watching this video and it almost Ives a sense of empowerment.
I really loved it. My favorite part was when he spoke about how we were born not content with where we were but we had a sense of mind of where we want to be in the future. I truly loved this statement.

From an exercise motivational standpoint, I like two types of videos; these videos really crank me up.

The first group is the training scenes from Rocky movies. When Sylvester Stallone starts pumping out the reps to the hard-hitting music, it is hard not to push into another gear yourself. He is not only motivational on film, but a real motivator at what he has accomplished with his body throughout the years.

The second set of videos comes from Eric Thomas on YouTube. When he starts shouting in your face and talking about wanting it as bad as you want want to breathe, you cannot help but feel inspired. Eric's philosophies extend far beyond the exercise room, but definitely are being applied by high school, college, and professional athletes around the world. If you have never listened to ET, it is time.

I want to toss in one more suggestion you may find powerful. Create your own videos that integrate your own affirmations and goal statements mixed with powerful music or clips of motivational speeches. You can energize your goals dramatically by investing a few minutes using Windows Movie Maker or iMovie to create some cool clips for yourself.
