Yo average joe, you probably want to start working out huh?

Before you take your bag & your testosterone with you to the gym, read THIS! Here I will hopefully help you not ending up like this: View attachment 37
      ---------------

Step 1: Know how to train
Just lifting a barbell wont give you any muscle, only alot of back pain probably... So if you don't want to look like a complete idiot, take your time and read this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/
Here you can find any information on how to lift RIGHT

      Step 2: Your gear
Alright this is simple, if you just start working out you don't need any special gear/clothing. Just a tshirt, shorts, and a pair of shoes. Make sure the shoes are clean! Also use proper indoor shoes, no converse or nike air max.
Another wrong example: View attachment 38

Step 3: Now you are at your local gym and started working out.. ALWAYS, but seriously ALWAYS!! Put every dumbbell, barbell or any other weight, back to their original place..

Step 4: Don't overlift, make every move look smooth and clear. No need to speed things up, they won't laugh at you just because they bench 100KG more.. Everyone starts somewhere :)

Step 5: Don't overtrain, just finish your sets and if it went to smooth, put on new weights! Try to put on heavier weights each week.

Step 6: Please do not scream, keep your mouth shut and lift.

Now if you follow these simple basic rules, you will probably not getting this faces looking towards you: View attachment 39

Happy training, but remember! Everybody started somewhere, so do you. Quality over Quantity!

As an addendum to step 2, make sure you are wearing shoes with a flat sole for weight training or use proper weight lifting shoes. No air bubble Nike Air Max. You need a non-compressible sole when you are lifting.

Those photos are pretty good but looking at the guy in number #3, well I am glad
I do my workouts at home. By myself.
