I eat a lot of food throughout the day. I consume 3000+ calories, and 140g+ of protein. I'm currently 18 years old, around 140 lbs and 5"9. I can't seem to gain weight, I eat so much, I'm always snacking and it seems in loosing weight? I was up to 148 ish and now I'm back down to 140 ish and I haven't changed anything in my diet.

I work at a resteraunt and my sleeping patterns pretty messed up. I usually go to bed around 4 am and get up around noon. Could this be the issue?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks all.

Sleep is probably the issue. Try changing up your diet, maybe you're not hitting your macros.

Youre getting 8 hours. no matter what time of the day it is, as long as its uninterrupted 8 hours is still 8 hours. Count EVERY one of your calories for a day, trust me you might not be eating as much as you think. How often do you lift?

I use myfitnesspal and I use the "barcode scanner" so I know exact how much I'm eating. And I lift 4-5 days a week.

Weight gainers bro...they help. And try eating SMALLER portions of food more FREQUENTLY..sleep should always around at least 8 hours. VITAMINS and research about creatine

You might be overtraining. Try taking a few days off or even a whole week and see if your weight bumps up without gaining fat. Sometimes your muscle just needs some time to recover

I try to stay away from all supplements, but this may be my last resort. What do you recommend?

Then the answer is simple, eat more. If you haven't gained in 3 weeks then add more calories and keep repeating this step until you gain the desired amount of weight each week

My workouts are 90 ish minutes and ideal great besides my weight. I don't have any overtraining sideeffects thus far but I'd be willing to do anything at this point.

Hey, experiment and see what works best for you. Just taking a weeks off every now and then could save you years of work. Also for a weight gainer Optimums Serious Mass seems to be very common though I haven't tried it myself to review it for you.
