I really like to work on my legs. They are a bit smaller than I would like but they are quite strong for my built. I like basic squat but I also like front squatting. My calves are actually naturally small so I do them a lot actually. Romanian dead lift is one of my favourite exercises and lounges as well. I was on Steve Cook's program called Big Man on Campus and I had some great results few years ago. That program has some very good leg workouts. Right now I use Modern Physique by the same author and for now I am quite satisfied.

Does using a stationary bike count as leg exercise? I think so, as it does make my legs feel incredibly tired afterwards. It's good cardio, and I use it for weight loss, complementing my diet. It's really fun, and I can do it at the comfort of my own home. I usually do it about an hour a day, and afterwards take a cold shower to complete the relaxing process. I would definitely recommend it to those who haven't tried, it's like the cold water washing away the overheating systems in your body and cooling you down.

I do squats and I have a love/hate relationship with them. It burns the quads and the thighs so much but it impacts my daily life so much more when I do them which makes it my favorite. I kneel down a lot for pulling cords out of servers and lifting up panel tiles, and I do a lot of yard work around the house bending over and I always feel so much better knowing I can pop right back up with little to no effort or pain and soreness when I wake up the next morning.
