So i was bulking at aproximately 2800 calories.
Most of the day i spend sitting, not much walking. all i do is going to the gym 6 times a week.
I found myself gaining like loads of fat in just a few days o_O
And i am not realy comfortable with this amount. so i am thinking of cutting down for like 5-7 days maybe and then going for like 2500 calories.
(I know i am a skinny phaggot, but having to much fat on my body puts me in a mental state that i do not like.)

Does this amount of calories sound good?
Also eating 140+ g of protein every day.
      and some healthy fats.

How much should i gain on a bulk?
and how often should i look on the scale?
if i am loosing fat does this mean i am not gaining any muscle?

I really doubt you were gaining 'loads of fat' in a just few days of eating 2800 calories.. 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat, and 1lb of fat is hardly noticeable when spread throughout your body. And at your height your BMR is probably around 2000 - factor in gym 6x a week, plus whatever little activity, your maintenance would be atleast 2500 IMO.. so there's no way you would have put on even a pound of fat (3500 calorie total surplus) is a few days if you were truly eating 2800 calories a day

More than likely, it was just water retention from the increased food intake than your body is used to, which would subside and normalize shortly. 2800 is really not much for someone of your height, and hitting the gym 6x a week (assuming you don't just dick around in there)

imho it seems like you just wanna keep that myspace phaggot six pack rather than bulking up like a man and then cutting down like a man.

you can limit the amount of fat you gain by not eating a lot of fatty foods.

      thats how you control it.

      wut dont listen to this

fat does not make you fat. You gain fat by eating an excess amount of calories.

      happy to help.

and honestly, if you understand what you are eating and what it will do to you in terms of how it will effect your physique, you should be able to keep some of that six pack.
