I'm 19 years old and I've been weight lifting for about 1 year and 4 months. I weigh 150lbs and my bench is 215lbsx2. When I first started lifting my 1RM was 115lbs I believe. For the first 10 months of me weight lifting I didn't take any supplements or change m diet to accommodate my lifting.
How's my progress? (Bench) You should be able to get from a low bench to atleast a 2 plate in a year.
How's my progress? (Bench) No one seems to know how to read the OP. I weigh 150lbs and my bench is almost 225lbs. That's 1.5x my own weight. Not to mention how I did say I didn't use any supplements in my first 10 months. Also, when you first start of lifting by yourself, it does take a while to get down all the lifts and get a good routine going. I didn't supply that information in my OP, but I thtought it was a given. Maybe it would be easier if I started lifting with people who knew what they were doing right off the bat, but that's not the case here.
