      -Took rounded scoop of BSN hyper fx
      -did 170x27 on squats
      -went to doctor
      -blood pressure measured at 170 over 70 four hours after lifting

      High blood pressure 4 hours after training?

      Well I wasn't skipping a day because I was going to see a doctor.

      Going to take tests next week to see if BP is normal without the pwo
