Thanks alot for the critique man! So would you say shoulders are also a weakpoint then? Should arms and shoulders be my focus next bulk?
Thanks for honest feedback bro. Any advice/tips you have?

yeah anyone trying to build biceps and triceps by bench squat and deadlift..i dont even.....

well, hows it been working? what was your arm size a year ago?

i put on an inch to my arms in 4 months using this routine ..however i have only been lifting for 4 months since my last break so there are some noob gains.

for the first 2 months i trained triceps and arms on their own seperate days...3-4 exercises 4 sets 10-12 each
next 2 months i trained bis with back and tris with chest...then hit the bis with my abs and tris with shoulders on my shoulder day

i hit all of my chest stuff then hit tris and same with back/bi..i dont do 1 back exercise then 1 bicep one, etc

pretty basic but its been working. DBs only by the way

i used to also get good gains by supersetting biceps and triceps on their own day like it looks like you have been doing

Yah the compound approach gave me one one inch on my arm in one year. That's right, one year of heavy chest/back work and a little isolation only added one inch to my arms. 12.5 inches to 13.5 inches. in 1-2 months of Training my arms high volume twice a week, I added .5 inches easily. I think next bulk I'll definitley do that then.

So should my Bulking split look something like this?

      Chest/Back
      Shoulders/Traps/abs
      Arms/Forearms
      Legs/Calves
      Shoulders/Traps/abs
      Arms/Forearms
      Off

Yeah, definitely the triceps dude. I'm same height and weight as you approximately, and your body fat is lower, which suggests your LBM is significantly higher than mine. And yet my arms are an inch bigger.
