im running blss 4x a week. my log is in my sig so you can check my progress... but so far my back squat/front squat and deadlift have made good gains, but my bench will barely budge. yes im eating at a surplus, but im not trying to gain much more weight as i have to be 139 by february for weightlifting. anyways, why is everything else gaining easily while my bench is so fukkin stubborn???

edit: i also have mild pectus. chest indent but no flared ribs. could this have anything to do with it?

Bench once or twice a week, throw in incline bench to replace flat bench on other days. Also consider strengthening your tris and front delts, your accessory muscles for the bench may be lacking

progressing in bench has alot to do with you gaining weight, if you gain weight i guarantee your bench will go up

Also keep in mind how you are distributing your calories. You only need 1g of protein per bodyweight pound. Allocate more cals to carbs if possible.
