I see my friends train hard at the gym with me go home and eat a garbage. They wonder why I'm getting such better reults than them. Diet is so easy I went down to ralphs yesterday. I bought.

      -Loaf of Whole Grain Bread
      -Butter
      -Pack of boneless Chicken/Turkey Breast
      -Eggs (Eat them hardboiled)
      -Whole Milk
      -Fresh Veggies.

All of this was 15$ and will last me 2 weeks.

Add the "http : //" before the link without the spaces in between.

And this will easily last me 2 weeks. What am I going to be eating 6 pieces of bread a day? 3 of these meals a day with some protein shakes is golden. If I had the receipt I would post a pic of that that too.

There should be no excuses with your diet.

That wouldn't last two weeks for the average joe here in TBB. Sufficient amount of daily macros > insufficient amount of macros with so called "healthy" foods.

Your friends go home and eat a garbage?

      Just one garbage?

Seriously though as far as building muscle goes it doesn't matter whether you eat Chicken Breasts all day or KFC all day. If you're not hitting all your macros and calories one way or another you're not going to gain. Plus, if you're making that amount of food last you 2 weeks, you're definitely not in a caloric surplus.

I also find $15 very hard to believe, unless you live on a farm or something.
