Having heroin in your system is not illegal either. Neither is being intoxicated. Won't get arrested wouldn't even get a caution but in the small print of your contract you will be dismissed unless you could convince them you lost to a bet of chugging a pint of poppy seeds or something.

But i like your thinking when working behind a bar i use to get drunk all the time and thought i did perty good at the job on those days if its not illegal why make it sackable...
