      The heaviest DB's you can de rack and carry...

      Mine stops at 30kg, its ridiculous.
      Have to stick to barbell work mainly

      Gym only has 60's, can lift them and carry.

      I can derack & hoist up the 70s & 75

      I regularly have to lift up 65& 70s

      I can chuck them up but I'm not actually strong enough to use them myself :(

      i think i could de rack 80kg mate not sure if i could put it back on with out hurting my self with one hand prob do it with 2 hands re rack it

      I honestly don't know, ours go up to 62.5kg *I think*

      I'd be fcuking gutted if I couldn't lift them.

      I would switch gyms but it's far too cheap and convenient for now
      Will be switching to a strong man suited gym in a fe months, full of atlas stones etc
