      Hello, guys!

I've always wanted to keep track of my workout but never had the chance so I figured being on this forum is a great opportunity to start one, so here it is.

Work is a little hectic, so I try to workout whenever possible. I'll also try to update this log as much as I can, to keep you guys posted.

So today wasn't so busy, woke up quite early so I was able to hit the gym for almost good hour before working, and here's what I did today:

      15 minutes on the elliptical
3 sets 12 reps body weight squats
3 sets 12 reps jump squats
3 sets 12 reps body weight lunges
      3 sets 8 reps calf pess - 1st set at 35lbs, 2nd at 45lbs, 3rd at 55lbs
      3 sets 8 reps leg extensions - 1st set at 35lbs, 2nd at 45lbs, 3rd at 55lbs
      3 sets 8 reps seated leg curls - 1st set at 35lbs, 2nd at 45lbs, 3rd at 55lbs
      3 sets 8 reps barbell squats - 50lbs
      3 sets 8 reps romanian deadlifts - 80lbs
      3 sets 8 reps leg press -1st set at 90lbs, 2nd at 100lbs, 3rd at 120lbs)
3 minutes on the elliptical (cool down)

      Excellent post!

How has this regime changed the shape of your body? Have you lost much weight? Gained much muscle?

I am intrigued and look forward to your next post.

      Hey there! Thanks!

I've started my journey at 182. 6 months in and I'm down to 168. Still aiming to lose body fat. I think I might need some supplements for that so I'm still looking. Any suggestions? :)

You seem to be doing well without any supplements. I once read somewhere that the slower you lose excess weight the more chance of keeping it off in the long term?

The past weeks have been reaaally slow. I'm getting a little frustrated. Do you use any supps? What are they and how do they work for you?

Been awfully busy this week, I feel like I haven't had the chance to have a decent workout. Luckily for today I was able to do the following:

      25 minutes stationary bike
      10 minutes burpees
      20x3 8lb wall balls
      20x3 8lb wall ball burpees
      20x3 box jumps
      20x3 squat jumps
      45secx5 battling ropes

Okay also did a little of researching on supplements, and found these interesting:

      http://www.gnc.com/Cellucor-C4/product.jsp?productId=59942976
      http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/rsp-nutrition/aminolean.html
      https://supplementreviews.com/betancourt/betancourt-carnitine-plus

All three are pre workouts, but then I'm a newbie when it comes to stuff like this so I might need some opinions on which one to choose. Though I think the third one would be the best choice since I'm looking to lose more body fat. Any thoughts?

Thanks, admin. Waiting for any information you guys may be able to share. How about you though, any supps you take? What are your workouts like?

      Hi Trapchix

I will speak with a few people I know who should be able to give you some advice on supplements. I will post their responses.
