      I really need some help...

Well the weird thing about me is, i used to all the time but now i dont eat meat or vegetables and ive been trying harder then i could express in words to do so, but i just cant. my dietician is helping me with my diet to make sure i can be healthy without these, and even trying to introduce some new vegetables i could eat (she thinks i could get away with no meat but just vegetables very well), but as much as she helps me in the short time i see her, its gonna be a long time til i see her again because of an unexpected appointment change. Along with me slowly disowning all meat and vegetables i also stopped eating many other things like cheese, milk without certain flavouring/protein shakes mixed with it, and many other things.
As for the low sugar ice cream i was getting about 300% my daily recommended sugar according to my calorie counting site "calorie counter". But thats not really what worries me as ive brought that slowly down to 70-80g sugar a day. What worries me is the tooth decay from all the sugars. Thats what pushed me away from the 20-35gish sugar per small serving of B&J.
Sorry for the length im trying to give you a quick gist of my horrible diet. I do still get my daily calories/macros/micros no matter what though even with the absence of 99% of the foods out there

this is really very interesting to me, because i eat so much of the same things i almost eat the same thing every day maybe even twice. this intolerance thing makes unbelivable sense compared to anything ive thought up through this whole ordeal.
plus i used to eat yogourt so thats easily brought back into my diet. appreciate this a lot!
