      maybe he was worried about spotting you.did he have noodle arms and a pigeon chest

      Gyms are not the same anymore?

      I like my gym. It's a bit tired and run down but I know most of the regulars and I sometimes nip in for a coffee even on non training day. Sometimes work for the owner to if he wants an early night or something.
