      Just curious, no competition intended...read a thread in the men`s that said average US arm size is 12`for men, this seems insane to me.

      So I am curious, for those ladies who lift,
      What is your biceps size - How long have you been lifting

      I`m currently 11, I vary between 11-12. This is pretty much my natural size - Just recently began lifting biceps `specifically` again after over a year, and through my recent cut I thankfully spared mass. I`d be ok with another inch or so but its not important to me to get bigger.

      What is your bicep size

      no way its only 12 inches...Mine are 15.6-7ish and most peoples arms are around my size. I'd say the average is 14 inches for men. the average height and weight is like what? 5'9 200?

      I know I think its got to be wrong. It has made me very curious to see what average fit female arms are, tho.

      14.5" flexed for me right now, tryna get solid 15s year round though.

      I think the biggest mine have been was 13 but I was training harder many moons ago, and was heavier had 12lbs more lbm then.

      Mine are 11in unflexed. I don't know what they are flexed. Just been lifting for about six weeks.
