      I wouldn't mind starting kick boxing or something that's good for flexibility, cardio and beating people up lol

      yeah do it mate good fun it is mate and i use it as a cardio as i hate running or jogging

      How much are memberships these days; plus all the kit/robes, or can you turn up in joggers and a vest and pay per session?

      My CV needs a good buffeting tbh, not what it once was!

      I was one of the youngest people in the north west to ever get a black belt (aged 13 or 14 i forget nw :eek:) (shotokai)...! Gave up to persue basketball though shortly after the black belt! Enjoyed it though, lots of fitness, stretching sparring etc.
